Unprofessional and flirty Sales Manager Julie A.. It would be deemed professional to be friendly with your customer but to be flirting outrageously with a married customer..Its NOT PROFESSIONAL! It is rude and disrespectful and I'd have to say damaging the company image. Very unimpressed

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Nicole H... Her dealings with staff and clients are rude and abrupt. Very unprofessional on the phones and disgusted with the way she conducts customer service. Nobody has the right to be rude and disrespectful to clients and suppliers. I find this to be very embarrassing to the Sadleirs Image. I have no issue with Sadleirs, fantastic company to deal with and great service. However, Nicole H... needs to be dealt with immediately. Nicole is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and damages Sadleirs Customer Service Team!! This MUST be dealt with immediately. I would like to thank you in reading this complaint and your time in addressing this issue.

If you ever have the misfortune to have to pick something up from this lunatic asylum try and take a guide so you don’t get verbally abused by the inmates. I must have turned up on drug testing day when everyone was off their meds. Stay safe stay away
